The blight of counselling is that it is still largely viewed as just for people who are "sick".
I don't believe this to be true. I believe that counselling is for everyone, as your mental & emotional health, is just as important as your physical health.
Counselling seeks to support individuals who are experiencing personal obstacles, helping them to overcome those obstacles and to make appropriate changes to their lives, strengthen self-esteem, and promote behaviour change.
